Include your name, account email, device type and a brief description of the issue. Never send your password or a sign-in code.

For an active trip, use the app’s Call GRAND or dispatch messaging controls. GRAND is not an emergency service; call 911 for an emergency.

New to GRAND Drive?

GRAND Drive is for adult transportation professionals. An account, required driver documents and approval are needed before driving features and assigned work become available. Downloading the app does not guarantee approval, jobs or earnings.
